process to find an appropriate client/candidate match. The process
includes: an initial interview to understand the candidate's needs,
skills and interests; interviews with consultants from client organizations
to locate the most appropriate positions; and then a subsequent
meeting with the candidate to explain the details of the recommended
position. In addition, our staff members use the latest technology
in computer skills testing and our recruiters perform in-depth telephone
references.

Our screening process is meticulous in identifying
people qualified to meet our clients' rigorous demands. RuthiPostowStaffing,
Inc. screens and refers qualified candidates to your firm based
on merit and not based on race, color, religion, sex, age, disability,
national origin, or any other factors protected by law.
Our candidates are successful in the positions
where they are placed:
- Eighty-six percent of the direct hire candidates
we have placed are either still with those clients or were with
them at least two years.
- Seventy-five percent of the candidates we send
on interviews are placed.
- Sixty-eight percent of the candidates
we place on temporary assignments are hired permanently.
