Jenni O'Toole, Partner

Jenni joined RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. as general manager in 2003. Her drive and diversity of experience in the staffing field allowed the company to expand its work in permanent staffing and then open the temporary division in August 2003. Before her first anniversary, Jenni had doubled the company and become a partner. Three years later the firm has tripled and continues to grow.

Jenni started her career in California where she moved quickly from recruiting to managing staffing firms in the administrative, biotechnology and healthcare fields. In only eight years, Jenni created an impressive record of successes. As a skilled and innovative recruiter she broke company records in earnings and placements; as a manager she drove her division to record production in one arena then she successfully opened a new division in biotechnology, without prior experience in that field. She also managed a successful temporary agency for two years.

This same attitude and drive has led Jenni to great accomplishments in her personal life, like participating in the Honolulu Marathon "Race for the Cure" and raising $2,700 for Leukemia. Jenni's greatest achievements are her two-year-old daughter, Kylie, and the newest addition to the family, son, Owen.
