Erin Wilbanks,
Senior Account Executive, Team Leader
Erin is a natural for the staffing business. A
ball of energy, she has set the bar for other recruiters since joining
the company in 2003. Candidates are made comfortable by her sense
of humor and her congenial personality. Erin is willing to listen
and give candidates the confidence they need to be successful. These
qualities allowed Erin to "hit the ground running" and
made her a success from the start.
Erin is a Georgian. She is an avid Bulldogs fan
and a graduate of North Georgia College & State University in
Dahlonega, GA also the site of the first gold-rush in the
United States. Some of her interests are playing softball with the
Georgia Congressional delegation and playing flag football for the
University of Georgia Alumni Association.
"I really appreciate your help in locating
my position. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome
not to mention working with Erin was not only
successful, but fun. She is delightful."
Hope
After an internship with Congressman Nathan Deal
from Georgia, Erin did marketing for one of the most prominent business
associations in the region. This experience gave her valuable insight
into the needs of an association and the attributes they seek in
an employee. In 2004, she decided to leverage that knowledge into
a career in staffing that afforded her the opportunity to represent
both candidates and clients.
Erin came to join RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. by
chance. She was considering her next career step when her roommate
found a job through the company. After seeing how happy her roommate
was with the service she decided that this was the job for her:
"I love working for a small, woman-owned business, in the nation's
capital. I receive great satisfaction from the process of hearing
what people need and then finding it for them. It gives me a great
feeling at the end of the day, and I go home feeling good about
the work I've done," says Erin.
