Onboarding works for our clients:

  • Eighty-six percent of the direct hire candidates we have placed are either still with those clients or were with them at least two years.
  • Seventy-five percent of the candidates we send on interviews are hired.
  • Sixty-eight percent of the candidates we place on temporary assignments are hired permanently (many with jobs created for them).
