Carlye Morgan, Marketer/Business Developer, Permanent Division

Carlye Morgan taught public middle school in Texas for four years and then decided to make a change — to move to Washington, DC and find a new career. She came to our temporary division to work while making decisions and came to the attention of Ruthi after replacing Rachel on our front desk for a day. The entire staff got involved: “You need to meet this one. She’s special.” Timing and talent came together. Ruthi was looking for a Business Developer in the permanent division, and it was Carlye.

Growing up in Tampa, Florida, Carlye cheered on the Tampa Bay Bucs and soaked in the sunshine. College brought her to Dallas, Texas where she studied English – Creative Writing at Southern Methodist University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, she taught middle school language arts in Houston and Dallas.

In a short time, Carlye has already developed several new clients and gained the respect of some established clients with very high expectations.
