Adrienne Klewans not only
knows temporary staffing backwards and forwards, she also lights
up a room with her personality and positive attitude. She joined
RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. in 2005 as recruiting manager for the
temporary division and quickly led the team to develop a roster
of temporary associates that is largely responsible for the division's
soaring business and reputation as the premiere temporary service
in the market place.
Prior to RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc., Adrienne had 15 years experience
in the temporary staffing industry, where she was known as a Star
Recruiter — an expert at recruiting and screening temporary
talent, and managing large temporary contracts and major clients.
She brought that expertise to manage and train the account representatives
at RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. and lead their efforts to locate the
most qualified and best educated temporary talent available for
the clients.
Adrienne is actively involved with the Benedictine
School Foundation, where she served for 10 years as the fundraising
co-chairman for the School for Exceptional Students. She is a native
of Long Island, N.Y., and is married to Sam Klewans, a partner in
a Virginia law firm. Adrienne is the mother of three children, who
are all successful professionals.
